    Employee canceled our order right before I arrived to pick it up and said she had to because she is working alone. I can understand turning off online ordering but we still needed our order and now we're sitting here with 2 pending charges because she didn't make the online order and I had to reorder it in store. She very much looked like she wanted me to leave and not reorder my food but my family was at home waiting for it so obviously we still got it. I put in a private message through subway but the owners/gm or something "resolved" the issue. So I wanted to post what actually happend since I wasn't able to actually talk to anyone. Also, please get some more help for this building, she shouldn't be alone in the first place.

    They won't take online orders, because of this we just went to McDonald's, which is probably lower quality, but they do accept online orders

    I will never come back to this location. Never. Since when are we not allowed to have anything extra added to our food/order??? I mean, FFS, it’s as easy as a flipping upcharge. But that’s okay, I gotcha. I will not be back. And they refused to sell us a kids meal for my 5 year old granddaughter and decided to individually charge for everything she got. She didn’t accept our digital coupon from their app and wouldn’t give us our receipt either. So… we won’t be back. EVER!!!

    Order food from there for the first time in months to find my food has messages written on them by the current manager Kiana. Absolutely uncalled for and disgusting. Threw the rest of the food out because who knows what else this nut job did. Will be following up with regional manager or higher if needed to make sure this type of crap happens to nobody else!
