  I ordered a mini hearty grain chicken sandwich. My husband ordered the meal of the day. Manager Sandy let our hot meat sit before adding condiments to the sandwiches. We asked for small amounts of sauces, but she gave excessive amounts. She then charged me for a 6 inch because she didn't "have a button" on the register for a mini- even though it was listed on the bread list. She blamed the employee for making what I ordered, and made no effort to make things right. Also, there was no ice or water or lemonade. Montevideo, Minnesota September 17, 2026 🫤👎

  Placed an online order and waited 45 minutes after it was supposed to be ready for pick up. I missed my lunch break. Why order online if it won’t be ready in time? I understand being short staffed but shut down online orders if you can’t handle it please.

  Absolutely terrible service. Didn’t even get my food because 5 people in front of me were waiting to order as well. I wasn’t the only one to walk out.
