  Do not waste your time. It took over an hour to be served, staff were yelling and cursing, and most importantly, they forgot an entire meal and the RANCH. $15 out of my $67 order down the drain due to straight ignorance.

  The lady at the counter wasnt the most pleasant and a bunch of lazy workers goofing off in the back. That would be fine if the chicken wasn’t over seasoned on one side and completely unseasoned on the other. Looks like they just dumped all the seasoning on one side and didn’t bother to toss it in a bowl. Im not expecting 5 star perfection but come on this is bogus.

  Couldn’t have been worse. The employee’s couldn’t have cared less if we even existed. When waiting for our food the two employees just kept talking to themselves like we were invisible. On top of that the order was wrong. I contacted the customer service through the website and didn’t even get a response.

  I stopped by this Wingstop late at night (9:30pm) and wanted to share my experience. The employee working the night shift was handling everything completely on his own—taking orders, cooking, and managing customers—and he still kept a good attitude the whole time. You could tell he was doing his best despite being clearly overwhelmed. The food was good and the service was respectful, but it’s obvious this location could really benefit from having more staff during late hours. No one should have to manage that kind of workload alone. I appreciate the effort he put in, and I hope management takes notice and gives their night shift the support they deserve.

  Ordered takeout and when I arrived the 2 workers in the back completely ignored me for a good 14 minutes while I stood in front of the register like an idiot. My order was ready to go on the counter and they refused to help me. Worker also had runny noise and kept wiping with the back of their hands with no gloves on preparing food. Came home and they shorted my wing order by 5 wings. Apparently they can’t count either. Tried calling and their systems are down. Order at your own risk.
