  Went from going here quite a bit to being the last time I am going. Ordered a meatball sub and he said there are olives on it. I laughed it off thinking it was a joke and he kept making it a point from the menu. I asked for more items that I wanted on the sub as he gave me 3 tomatoes on a footlong. He said it comes with olives only. Never gave me more. Guess this explains why I never see anyone in here.

  Food is usually pretty good, but a specific employee does not change gloves. I like coming to this Subway, but don’t want this employee handling my food.

  Clearly your employees can't read online orders. Every time I have to stand there for another sandwich so why offer online orders

  Bad customer service from a Hispanic male employee who didn’t change gloves after touching non-food items like spray bottles and oven handles.

  good food, not the greatest environment. kind of a ghost town. the worker had no name tag so i couldn’t say their name, but you could kinda tell he had short patience. tried charging me 5 dollars over our subtotal, in which i corrected it and the price went down. not sure how frequently that occurs with nobody noticing, but that interaction was very off putting. probably won’t come to this specific franchise again.
