Horrible location filled with thieves. I've come to this location I've always had poor customer service but the very least I drop off a box and that's that but now recently they lost a $1,000 laptop and claim it never went into their system.
I was very disappointed when I was told my order was going to be ready Wed at 1pm. When I got there, it had not even started, and they did not know when it would be ready. I later got an email stating it would now be ready Thur at 4 pm. When I got there Thur at 4:15, I was told the machine was broken, and they had no ETA. I asked why I was not called, and they said nothing. An hour after I left, they called to say it was done. I wasted a great deal of time going back and forth when a little communication would have taken care of all of this. In the end, not even an apology for all the issues.
How bad can an experience with printing paper from a massive corporate provider be?
These are the most incompetent employees I've ever worked with, right up to the manager. Completely inflexible, unpleasant and unhelpful.
In addition, they missed my deadline three different times and then charged me double for what they quoted.
Next time I will cut down my own trees, bleach my own paper, and learn Japanese calligraphy because it would be easier than getting prints from these buckets.
Two stars because at the end of the day got what I needed. Not on the customer service side.

Poor customer service, won't scan packages in without having you do it at the "self service" kiosk first. Note: This does nothing to register the tracking info online (only when scanned in by an employee behind the desk). When selling I want the tracking to register when I drop off - not hours later.

Where do I begin….. I prepared valuable tax documents for my elderly mother’s tax filing—documents that cannot be replicated. I went to FedEx to express mail it to her CPA. I purchased an envelope delivery do a letter and attachments The accountant called me a couple of days later and asked why did I send a lap top computer to them? I said: WTH? FedEx screwed the pooch and lost my important tax documents and mailed someone else’s laptop to the CPA. I went to the office and they expressed little remorse and could not even process a refund of my fees. I called customer service and they were unhelpful: the service agent had the gall to ask me how I was able to fit a lap top computer in an envelope and tried to assert blame on me. Go elsewhere. Carrier pigeon, pony express or USPS is better than this clown show.
