Absolutely the worst FedEx location I’ve ever been to. The customer service was essentially nonexistent, and what should have been a simple shipment turned into a frustrating experience. I ended up going to another FedEx location, where they were able to handle the exact same shipment in less than five minutes without any issue. I went back and told the "manager" that it's either laziness or incompetence... and I don't think they really even care.

They did a really nice job on a printed poster I needed, but then forgot to let me know that it was done

Went there today to make some black and white copies and I pull the final set from The copier, there's toner all over the bottom portion of the copies. There are two people behind the counter working but they're totally disinterested in taking care of the problem. Next time I can save money and just go to the Ridgedale library where copies are six or seven cents cheaper and the machines are well maintained unlike FedEx Office. The place is a total waste of time.
