  I’m giving the Manager 4 stars. She was polite and had to intervene because Derrick refused to enter the correct address. She corrected everything and made sure my package is going where it should be. Derrick had an attitude and he refused to listen or correct the address again when I called. He was more concerned that he was off work in a few minutes than he was with fixing his”mistake,” Stating ,”it’s too late your package was already picked up!” Meaning your package is going to the wrong address, it’s your fault ,and that’s ok because we close in two minutes. Their entire business is mailing packages. He couldn’t care less if my package arrived at the correct address. Which is his job. That level of disregard and incompetence is not ok when you’re already overpaying to mail a package. If you don’t want to your job then go work somewhere else. I told him the correct zip code multiple times and he still got it wrong. He not only got it wrong he refused to fix it arguing that the computer is changing the city. When he was putting in the wrong zip code. He made the process unpleasant because he was disrespectful and unprofessional! People with that type of disrespectful argumentative attitude have no business dealing with anyones customers! I refuse to return to that store. Mailing a package should never be that aggravating!
