  We needed to have 2 california property deeds notarized. We paid to have them notarized at this UPS store but the law firm rejected their stamp as ILLEGIBLE. So we went back and paid them a 2nd time for what we thought were clearer copies of their notary stamp. The law firm sent the documents to be recorded but they were returned to the law offices as "unrecordable" due to "illegible notary seal". Now I have to start all over agaun and find a REAL notary and PAY all over again. LOST TIME, WASTED MONEY. (I should have read their reviews first.) I highly recommend using a dedicated notary and not a shipping company to notarize important documents.

  Sent a document and brought expensive paper to print a bunch of diplomas. Dude printed them all on the backs and wrecked the whole batch. Not so much as a “sorry.”

  Heads up that this store is both in a cell service dead zone and has totally non functioning wifi. Wasted half an hour here trying to get internet to work before I had to go to another location.
