  I ordered a sub and it never came even though I paid... when I went to the location after my calls going to voice-mail there was a worker on her phone... avoid this location. Save your money

  The employees at this store had an open and angry dispute about money missing from the cash register. The manager walked to the front and told the two employees that their pay would be cut to cover their portion of the missing amount. It got heated. And it went on and on. Stunned, I just listened before commenting on my discomfort. In response, they directed their anger at me. Feels like a store that has a terrible and toxic working environment. From how it went down, the dispute seemed very normal for them…something that didn’t strike them as out of line or inappropriate given a customer was literally standing in their midst. Very odd. Kind of disturbing. I’m commenting because the two young employees are at risk of believing that the behavior allowed by the manager is okay. Someone needs to provide leadership and training about how to work through workplace conflict, and to help them realize how utterly unacceptable it is to have those types of conversations in front of customers. The manager needs a firm and direct redirection. It’s obvious she should know better but doesn’t. Food was great.

  Always closed needs to shut down at this point and if you are closed stop accepting online orders got me doing too much to try and get my money back

  Walked in, no one else in the store, could hear someone washing the dishes. Waited 5 mins, then called out to the back. Not a single worker walked to the front. Very disappointing. Would give a zero if I could.

  5/11/26 @ 6:45pm I wanted a six inch turkey cold sub… nothing to major but NO this establishment changed it all!!! Not only did I finally make my mind up what I wanted for dinner but to see that they had a sign “Toaster doesn’t work and only cold and microwaveable items Sorry” which was fine. I go to open the door and it’s locked so I see a male employee not paying me any attention!!! I pull on the door a good 4/5 times and he continued to ignore me. This is the WORST AND I MEAN WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!!! I can’t call the people that come there and milk the clock “employees” because they don’t like to work. Closing time is 9pm and not when they feel like closing but my parents taught me growing up that “employees are good as their management”. I’m not the one to want anyone to lose their jobs but this particular franchise needs to shut down and FOR GOOD!! Sad and just disgusting!!
