  Made my pickup order quite wrong. I tried to call them afterwards. They couldn’t hear me or understand even one word. It was impossible to communicate. They seem to have been out of key ingredients but failed to say anything when I picked up my order and also wouldn’t offer any sort of refund.

  The Hispanic lady that was working was rude and disrespectful. She snapped at me. She refused to give me a refund. She tried to lie to me and said that she did give me a refund, but I work at fast food service and realized that she was lying.

  If you order a meatball sub they will just write no more on receipt and give you a sub with no meatballs. Zero stars.
