  I went to this location where I usually go, the lady that was working there treat us bad, she was rude, didn’t wash her hands after taking out the trash and had a bad attitude, I don’t recommend this location!

  The lady that was at night shift was so rude, gave bad customer service. She took out the trash and told us to wait , which was fine however when she came back she didn’t wash her hands with soap, took other orders and ignored us. She kept looking at us as if she was mad…definitely won’t be back again 🙄😡

  Todos tenemos malos dias pero incluso asi no te cuesta nada sonreír y ser amable con la gente, en que momento perdimos nuestros valores si de verdad no te gusta lo que haces solo déjalo, no hay necesidad de ser mala gente con las personas que se supone les brindas un servicio

  The worst subway in the world, they are the rudest people you’ll ever meet. They are always overstimulated and overwhelmed. So they always have an attitude. They are mean to kids I always have to go in with my teenage daughter so they are not rude to her I do not recommend this place.

  My favorite go to Subway was on 54th & Lyndale but that was shut down so I order at 46th & Nicollet. Usually there's no problem but today they were extremely busy and our sandwiches weren't ready. No problem, understandable. I told them I would leave for a bit to give them time to work with the customers and make my sandwiches. I returned 8 minutes later. The doors were locked, the two staff were doing something, there was a customer in line as confused as I was, and there were a couple of customers sitting. I pounded on the door and staff wouldn't even look. I tried calling, no answer. I had ordered so I had already paid for my sandwiches, I didn't know what to do. I ran another errand that took about 20 minutes. The door was locked again but there were more customers in line this time. The staff person did look up and saw it was me do she had someone let me in. She apologized profusely. I understand when you are short staffed you maybe have to do something drastic like lock the doors but I had ordered & paid already. I was very disappointed.
