This place is downtown it needs to be renovated but other than that my food was ok the 6 times I've visited

This location is usually cool. However lately it has been insanely slow paced & unprofessional. I ordered online and it took 2 hours to arrive and I live a block away. (Ordered for my pregnant fiancé) and I tried to cancel the order so I could just pick it up because the wait was so long. It says in the subway app to call the location for cancellation. When I called I was told I could not cancel because it was an online order. My food arrived and was cold and missing meats.I called 2 times and no one answered. Went in and was almost not given a refund. And the sandwich artist served three people before me and toasted my sandwich before the rest of theirs so it was cold and the crust was burnt and he got mad because I wanted it toasted again… I worked for subway for many years when I was younger I love them but this was just awful. The guy was emotional and I don’t think any of this was intentional I seriously think that the person that was working in there did not have a single clue what they were doing.
