Wish I had read the reviews before stopping here. This is NOT A DROP OFF LOCATION - you have to pay a fee, even for packages with a pre-paid label. Ridiculous waste of money

These guys were so helpful when I was in Minn for Outdoor Retailer. They accommodated my requests in a friendly manor and helped me make selections and fix some things I messed up. I’ve been to a lot of trade shows and this is by far the most friendly print center I’ve been to.

Extra fee above and beyond normal FedEx pricing, because it’s inside a Hilton Hotel. Does NOT accept prepaid packages.

Worst fedex location. I ship multiple packages daily and this is in walking distance. They charge a drop off fee of $10 per package. I called the 1800 to see my options and they dont care if they lose business. Sad customer service!
