Fantastic experience. Visiting from Alaska for a sports tournament and my son needed to get a new phone. Debated on ordering and shipping to the hotel or going to a retailer. I'm so glad we opted for a retailer. Directions were on point. It's street parking and we were lucky to get a spot right out front. The store is a nice & big space. Fan/AC was on - inside was very cool on the hot & smoky day. Nice selection of phones and accessories. Gabrielle was super helpful and knowledgeable. She explained the differences in the phones and showed us case/screen protector options. After deciding on the phone and case/protector, she installed and set it all up We were in/out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone working was friendly. This was the best and quickest Cricket visit that I've had and I've been with them for about 10 years...better than my home state experiences. If I lived here, this would be my go-to spot. Thank you, Ladies for taking care of us!
