  Wanted to take a moment to compliment our Subway experience in McGregor, MN. We were welcomed kindly by 2 employees to the cleanest Subway we've ever been in. While I was deciding on my sandwich, the kind gentleman offered sandwich suggestions and it immediately showed me great customer service skills. The sweet lady working with him was also great at customer service and put our meals together in the baskets looking picture perfect. I feel they both put effort in making our sandwiches to be sure we would enjoy them. I also thought it was kind that they both made small talk while making our sandwiches, asking how our weekend was and such. All around great experience. If we didn't live so far away, we would frequent this location often. The bathroom was immaculate as well. I have worked in customer service for nearly 20 years and appreciate when I come across exceptional service! Hold on to these gems! Our visit was 04-12-2026 at 12:30pm

  Staff was extremely kind and patient with me and my children. My kids were very indecisive and talking to me at the same time. Subway staff waited patiently and ensured our confusing order was perfect. Thank you for being a highlight during our travels!
