    The lady that helped me was extremely efficient and receptive. My biggest problem is when the delivery driver comes to my house for a pickup I expect he or she would ring the doorbell to pick up my package. They never do and this is a huge problem with drivers. Unprofessional and un called for to do this. I'm not going to leave my package outside it could be stolen. Because they have a time frame and quota they just leave the label on the door. Terrible service. This must be corrected so people like me that are disabled can rely on the driver to pick up packages.

    If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. Paid over $500 to have 3 items shipped freight and they went ground for which I had prepaid labels. Never using this location ever again!!!
