  STACI was such a delight. She went above and beyond to help me get an item shipped. She actually taught me something that I never knew.   Special shoutout to Tom Allen for helping me. I came in just before close with 6 shipments all going to different addresses. I’m used to sending things internationally, but this was no joke. He stayed after close to help me. I have a lot of guilt about that, but he made sure everything was in tip top shape.

  I called today to ask a question regarding shipping my luggage and AT offered good guidance. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. When I arrived Stacy and AT greeted me with a warm welcome. Their helpfulness put a smile on my face! Great Job, guys. This is going to be my new favorite shipping store.

  This place is a heaping pile of trash and is the reason why I will never use FedEx again. I waited a good while for someone to help me out until finally I asked is there somebody to help me to one of the employees who was doing nothing and then another employee chimed in said that he was gonna help me out, but then he said he was just kidding. What kind of nonsense is this place? One of the worst STORE experiences I’ve ever had. Come here if you hate yourself and you want to be treated like trash..

  Too many reasons to list why I could never do business at this location. It seemed like an effort to help me, showed me paper colors and then was told it wasn't a current list. I could tell morales is low.
