  Shout out to Trevor! (Hopefully I spelled your name right) He went above and beyond to help me fix my 02 Tacoma taillight. From the simple options all the way to the more complicated solution that finally fixed the issue. Highly recommend asking for his help while you’re there!

  I had such a great experience at Advance Auto Parts! I ended up having to come in several times while dealing with some issues changing my oil, including discovering that my oil pan had previously been stripped by an oil change company. What could have been a really stressful and frustrating situation was made so much easier because of the employees here. Every time I came in, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. I never felt uncomfortable asking questions, and they took the time to help me figure out what I needed without making me feel like I should already know everything about cars. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference. The whole store just has a welcoming atmosphere, and I genuinely enjoyed going in there. After my experience, this will be the only auto parts store I go to from now on. The employees are amazing, know their stuff, and clearly care about their customers. And I have to add—the gentlemen working there were pretty easy on the eyes too. 😂 That certainly didn't hurt the experience! Seriously, thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier. You have definitely earned a loyal customer.

  They followed my son and I around the store like we were thieves and when they had advertised two for $8 but they did not have to they said I had to pay regular price on the one because it's my fault they're selling something at a sale price that is not available for sale will never shop there again
