    I placed my order online and it was ready 10 minutes sooner! The food was fresh, and the wings were nice and crispy! Would definitely return. I paid 9.50 for 5 wings and a regular order of fries!!

    Horrible service - only person in store at 9:40 at night. Front clerk ask me what I'd like. I say "order some food for takeout", then instead of taking order proceeds to tell me she's going on break, order online. Only person there and can't take order, come on. Doubt I'll be coming back.

    sat inside for 25 minutes waiting to get order taken, were looked at and ignored consistently. Had to order online to get our food. only 2 people on staff, while there’s a line of 10 people out the door. will never come back.

    I placed an order directly from the site for 30 wings and large fries, but only 10 wings and the large fries were delivered. I called the store to figure out what went wrong and the person i spoke said that the other half of the order was still at the store, because the door dasher left it there. I said okay, so what happens now, and I was told that I should CALL DOORDASH AND ASK THEM TO SEND THE DOORDASHER BACK TO PICK IT UP. That was surprising to me but I went ahead and did that and I was told that it was on the store, for not giving the complete order to them. I called the store back and was told that there is nothing they can do, its against policy for anyone from the store to deliver to a home so my options are to cancel for a refund or come pick up the rest of the order myself. While I understand the whole policy thing, I was very disappointed that the store could not somehow figure this out for me as this was no fault of mine and even involve me by asking me to call doordash, when I DID NOT PLACE THE ORDER THROUGH THEM, I DID IT ON THE WINGSTOP WEBSITE. I didnt even know doordash would we delivering. At the end I had to ask for it to be canceled for a refund. This was very disappointing customer service and I was very dissatisfied with how my situation was handled.
