  I went in today instead of an online order and the Latino girl and black guy were amazing! So helpful, so courteous,so kind. And my food was ready in no time. This is the only location I order from because they are always so nice. I wish the survey worked so I could give them a good survey. Well deserved.

  I am a big Wingstop fan, but these wings lacked a lot of flavor. The service was fine for fast food pick up, but it’s a small place with a bench to sit on. The tenders are always a go to here.

  Ordered at 930am for 50 wings for 1115-1130 pickup. Got in and another guy was already waiting and eventually got his food. The "shift manager" said nobody is in to cook so we're alittle behind. I said ok no problems not your fault. And he said alittle bit. I thought maybe he had my wings in the fryer and just taking longer. Waiting for 15 mins as he paces back and forth in the cooking area, he is also eating some nuggets or whatever. Then he calls someone or whatever and comes to tell me that a cook is coming in a bit to cook. How hard is it to drop 50 wings in the fryer and sauce them up after. For a "shift manager" this is absolutely unacceptable. All staff and personnel should be able to drop some wings in the fryer and sauce them up. It. Is. Not. That. Hard. Makes me question how long the guy before me was waiting for his order.

  went there today, there was only one working & the gentleman couldn’t speak english. it was very busy with online orders & people coming in as well. a lady was in front of me, she was getting very frustrated & rude about it telling the worker how she wanted her order, but she ordered it wrong online, so it was confusing the worker. eventually, another worker came to help. the originally worker handed the situation VERY well and still continue to try even though he was struggling.
