  There is one lady here who is usually really good but lately the service has been awful. The self scan machines have been down a lot lately and the workers are so impatient. Today I waited in line & was sent to a worker (man with shoulder length curly hair wearing a snorlax shirt). When I approached he literally ignored me and I had to go get back in line as others behind me had gotten serviced by the other workers. The other workers saw him ignore me and rolled their eyes at him & one was like “he’s literally just refusing to help”. I was then directed towards him AGAIN and realized he was watching videos on his phone with an AirPod in. This is so unprofessional especially when the place was slammed and these are paying customers (I was not doing Amazon returns I was actually paying to ship stuff). Whatever, I will be seeking out other UPS stores moving forward.

  Review is for ups as a whole. Very very horrible compared to amazon. Delivery is always slow. Horrible tracking cant even see where the truck is yourself or how many stops left to reach you. How can you be a multi billion dollar company and now have that tech in every single vehicle its 2026. Customer support is all Indian and can hardly speak English. Only good thing about this company is that the package gets delivered. Its 2026 keep up with the times and demands of customers with the availability of the tech

  AMAZING and helpful team here. I was in a pinch and they helped me out and ran to the driver to give them my package! very appreciative of their help!! Thank you so much🩵🩵

  I went into bring an Amazon return today. Amazon said to bring it in and UPS would tape and label it. I did just that. There was a young lady there that said I needed to tape the top of the box. I noticed she had a uline packing tape dispenser a foot from her and asked if I could just use that quick so I didn’t have to drive all the way back home. I said I would take care of it and it was a very short piece of tape. She looked at me, looked at the tape and said no. Then said have a good day. It was unfortunate. A 6” strip of packing tape required me to spend 25 mins driving back home and then back to the store to drop it off again The lack of customer service over .02 cents of packing tape was surprising. If she would’ve just helped make my day a little easier I would’ve left a glowing 5 star review because finding quality customer service these days is a unique find worth praising, but instead she decided not to so I feel obligated to share my negative experience instead. I hope they can learn that simple gestures to make someone’s day better is something worth doing.
