  Ty was super helpful in a claim I had to make last summer. He did extra research and learned that the claim would not increase my rate. That made a big difference to me and I really appreciated his effort.

  I wish I could say good things. Had a neighbors tree damage my roof costing me over 10,000. Called it in as soon as I was aware of the damage and they said it didn't look recent enough for them to pay anything. Got a lot of run around and no help. After 20 years and paying them enough in premiums to pay for a new garage and more, they left me with nothing. When I informed them I was leaving their company, they couldn't get straight between agents how much I had left to pay to cover through to my new coverage starting. The entire time with them, I am sad to say, was a complete disappointment.

  I appreciate the ease of access to in formation and policy changes and their open-door policy. I'd give them five stars if the excellent service was available at a lower rate, but that is the price of business, and I cannot fault the SNiezek group for that. Highly recommend!
