  The staff is top notch. They helped me print my posterboards when I ordered incorrectly. They explained how to order correctly and made sure I was able to get the online coupon.

  I come to this FedEx often, and they always go above and beyond. I am five months pregnant with our first baby and created our gender reveal invitations on Canva. I was so excited to pick them up, but when I got them, I realized I had no idea what I was doing, and they were all wrong. I screwed up! Heather was my bright light that day. She gave me so much grace, saying she couldn't in good conscience let me walk away with them. I started full-on crying from such kindness and was overwhelmed with the event. She showed me the bathroom so I could have a moment. When I came out, her boss told me, "Do not worry about it—we will take care of this and help you fix it." The very next day, they were perfect! Thank you so much, FedEx team. You saved my sanity and my baby's gender reveal!
