This place has horrible customer service. Some of their employees are rude and intentionally go out of their way to not help the customer. Especially the older woman with the face piercings. She is especially rude and combative.

Excellent customer service. I had a few questions on a receipt and Britney took my phone call. We weren’t able to resolve my question on the first call, but she went out of her way to call me back when she had the answer. I greatly appreciate her hard work and considerate approach.

I’ve never had any of these issues in returning Amazon packages. Very grateful for the ease of returning items for free the least I can do is package items up as asked and print out address labels for UPS as it’s not hard for me to do. The workers are very friendly, patient and helpful always
