    I tried stopping in at around 9:40 AM because the website and their sign indicated that they were open. The lights were on inside. However, the door was locked and no one would answer the phone when I tried calling. I was really looking forward to a cold cut combo.

    We just stopped in at almost close time as we just finished sports for the night. The gentleman closing shop tonight April 17th was very nice! My daughters got into the car at different times and one said “I love his aura. He just made me very happy” then the other got in and said “I really liked his vibe.” My husband then said he was very nice and friendly for us coming in so close to closing time. This is great customer service and what we are losing these days! Was nice to see! Thank you!

    To start I enjoy subway, the Lakeville location on kenwood trail messed up my order now two days in a row. Yesterday they did not have the cookies I ordered what is this location gonna do at dinner. They need to be better prepared. Today my order was not ready I preordered at 3pm to pick up at 6pm I do understand employee shortage but I gave a 3 hour in advance notice. To top it off they did not even get the sandwich right. Very disappointing I am now picking stuff off the sandwich that I did not want on it. Come on subway do better.

    I placed an order on the app for one item. The app was glitching so I typed in the special instructions section requesting the item be brought out to my car in the curbside parking spot. I sat there and waited and tried calling but no answer. I’m not entirely sure why there’s a specified spot for curbside pickup if it’s too much work for the employees to bring something out. If they would have answered the phone I would have willingly met them at the door. There were no other customers inside and at least two employees available. When I did go in, they had no signs of caring about the situation and I can plainly see my typed request on the receipt so the lack of customer service is unacceptable.
