Me and my sister ordered two 12” subs online, and when I brought them home to check them and mine looked like it was picked through and there was hardly any shredded cheese. I asked for it to be toasted, and it was just unappetizingly warm, and the bread sure didn’t look toasted by any means.
I’m not too particularly unsettled by this occurrence alone besides the fact that my sandwich looks like grains of shredded cheese were added and that it looks like it was dug through, but I am particularly unhappy about how things like this keep happening: inconveniences that aren’t enough to make the food inedible comparative to the original order and way the food regularly comes, but sure enough to make me question why it isn’t the way it should be despite the amount I’m paying.
Nothing seems to be happening to correct this type of thing, considering every other time me and my family visit, there’s something wrong with the order (unless one of us shows up in person and personally watches the employee make the food to order). It’s unsettling that I’m paying almost $15 for a sub that isn’t made right and looks like it had to be picked through for it to be correct. I get mistakes happen and that places get busy, but for this to happen almost every other time we eat here is not okay. There’s a cutoff to how much one place can be given grace. It honestly just feels like ragebait some days.
I do admit though, the workers who take care of us during the night seem to do the best. Props to them, but I believe this store needs some internal correction.

Nice guy helped me with bike screw and is nice you guys hire the right people
was told my order would be cancelled and I was charged, never once has anyone called me back about a refund. I have called and manager refuses to call me back, she and store manager state nothing they can do. terrible customer service

The employees here are absolutely amazing!! The gentleman who helped me was so on top of things, going back and forth between making my order and helping his coworker as well, all the while making friendly conversation with me. Both of them were so sweet and great at what they do, I'd give them a raise if I could!!

Ordered a sub in store. The employees working were very nice. But, my sub was not. Bread was old and some of the veggies didn’t taste fresh at all. Yuck. What ever happened to “Eat Fresh”?!
