Brought in a package of 2 boxes strapped and wrapped together professionally. The blonde weird guy at the front refused my packaged and refused to help. Avoid this horrible location..customer service is horrible

Stand-out experience at FedEx in Lakeville today, which is something I never thought I’d say, much less write a review about. Made some returns and was literally greeted at the door by Tricia who was fantastic and so personable she turned my run to FedEx from an errand into an experience and 100% deserves a shout out.

Had a great time dealing with Uriah. His wonderful small talk made a task that usually seems so long seem like 5 mins.
