  Ordered a simple sandwich and was charged significantly extra for it due to misunderstanding between the meat station and the cashier. Not sure if subway changed their oven roasted turkey from slice to shredded but it does taste very weird.

  I had a 6 inch BLT on Italian bread, toasted. Ha... sandwich wasn't even warm, much less toasted. 3 little pieces of bacon was it for meat. Didn't get lettuce because it was brown and wilted. The boy that made sandwich was young and just shrugged when I complained. I won't be waisting my money there again!

  Where do I start?! I was hesitant to even get out of my car. The outside of the building was disgusting. But we were traveling and my 11 year old was hungry and needed to use the bathroom too. So we went inside. Two people standing behind the ingredients glass. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever! Not a greeting. Not a smile. Not a thing!! Just silence. So I stepped closer and ordered my daughter a footlong flatbread ham. The young woman probably in her 20s laid 6 pieces of ham down. SIX PIECES! I worked at a Subway in my town for about 4 years. I looked at the sandwich and at her then at the sandwich again and asked her, “are you only putting 6 Pieces?” She looked at Me, and said “yes.” I said, “are you sure?!” She looked annoyed and said “yes do you want it toasted?” 😂 So, then onto veggies. My daughter just wanted spinach and mayo. The guy put so much spinach on! Probably trying to hide the fact that there wasn’t the right amount of ham on it! I asked him to take some off and he was gonna take it all off. 🤦🏽‍♀️ At this point I was like, we’re done. I skipped my order. Paid almost $16 for my daughter’s bread, chips and drink (I won’t call it a meal deal) and we left. Whoever is in charge of this place, please retrain these employees. And wash the windows outside. Because woah, I can’t find anything positive to say about this place.

  One of those locations that doesn't accept coupons or discounts and the staff are very inconsistent for making subs. The owner is another issue not worth getting into. Wish this would close and a jimmy johns or erbs and gerbs would move in

  I walked in at 9:30 PM and was told they were closing in two minutes I was like the sign on your door says open tell 10:00 PM maybe if you don’t want to service people after 9:30 you should close then.
