    One of those locations that doesn't accept coupons or discounts and the staff are very inconsistent for making subs. The owner is another issue not worth getting into. Wish this would close and a jimmy johns or erbs and gerbs would move in

    Kasson Subway Manager(s) & OWNER are RUDE & disrespectful & lack customer service 😔 I placed and online order back on 1/30/26 for 3 foot long sandwiches to be ready for pick up at 7:30. I arrived at 7:37 and there were no sandwiches ready on the ā€œonline pick up shelf,ā€ so I had to wait in a long line of customers before getting my order. Once I got my order and got home, I was MISSING 1 entire footlong sub. The other 2 footlong subs I ordered were completely incorrect. I immediately attempted to call the Subway store TWICE and got no answer, so I filled out a form on the app (since that’s how I placed my order). I heard nothing from Subway for weeks. I finally called to follow up, understanding things get busy and/or over-looked. I was eventually called a ā€œliarā€ by the manager and the owner and was told to ā€œprove it,ā€ after almost 2 weeks of me reaching out! I had my original receipt, marked and hi-lighted by their staff, showing all the items that were were missing… I simply asked for a refund, since we didn’t receive what we ordered and we were met with extreme hostility and called liars!

    They don't except coupons. Being in a small town you would think they would to attract business. Probably won't go back because of it.
