  Very disappointed my seasoned fries aren’t even seasoned at all..and my wings barely have any seasoning as well. They had better days. Won’t be going back here again

  The wings were old, hard and dry. You couldn't chew the meat it was do rehydrated. The fries were room temperature and they forgot to put my large ranch in with my order. Who manages this place?

  This review relates to my purchase at the Hopkins, Minnesota store yesterday 9/13/2026.My order was incomplete, but the absolute worst part was either something foul was spilled on the fries or more than half of them were spoiled or rotten when they were cooked. Threw them away. The same thing was true with the Bleu Cheese sauce . . . Possibly they forgot to “shake well before using,” or whoever mixed the recipe blew it. Threw it out too. They forgot a large order of celery. At least the chicken tasted normal when I got the other tastes out of my mouth. For the record, I have ordered from this store and a different one of their stores before and there were no problems. When I went to call the Hopkins store, and chose the option to talk with someone, the voice said “they were experiencing technical difficulties, leave a message, but the mailbox was full.”I’m disabled and walking into and out of the store and especially standing to talk to someone is too painful.

  Ordered a boneless wing combo off of GrubHub. These are not boneless wings. These are chicken nuggets. If you're paying $20 for 20 nuggets, you're getting ripped off. Plus I was supposed to get an order of vegetables with my request and that was missing. Call the store and it sends you to voicemail and tells you the voicemail is full. Never again.
