    The wings have been excellent. My wings have been labeled and perfect, juicy, and soft. Chicken quality is excellent.

    I normally don’t leave really bad reviews, but this experience at Wingstop was beyond disappointing. My friends and I placed THREE separate orders and every single one was messed up. I specifically paid extra for all flats and requested my wings fried hard. They didn’t give me all flats, so I had to wait even longer for them to remake the order. After finally getting home, the wings STILL were not fried hard like requested. On top of the incorrect orders, the restaurant itself was extremely dirty. There was food, trash, spills, and debris all over the dining area and tables. The overall cleanliness of the store was unacceptable and honestly made me lose my appetite. Very poor attention to detail, long wait times, and terrible cleanliness. Definitely not worth the money I spent.

    I ordered online. When I got to the store the employee was on her phone texting ignoring the customers I ordered my fries without seasoning and well done. They were neither. She did give me non seasoned soggy fries. The other customer that was next to me when they called their name the employee did not even give the customer time to say yes before walking away from the counter and when they did come back to give their food to them it was missing half their order.... 4 orders on the board 6 staff on the floor? Hmmmm
