  I travel a lot for work. This is probably one of the best Subways I have been to. Bread was nice and soft. My food was delicious. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the pickles weren't spread through the whole sandwich (my mouth isn't big enough for 1 big bite) and I asked for 2 different types of cookies and only got 2. But in a nutshell, this was a great place!!

  Terrible experience compared to other Subways. We went there at 6:30p on a Friday evening, they close at 9:30p. The first sandwich ordered was a steak and egg sandwich, they only had 2 eggs left in the container at the counter, so they split one of the eggs in half on the sandwich, for a six inch sandwich you are supposed/pay for, to get two whole eggs. The second sandwich was supposed to be a footlong egg sandwich, but we were told they didn’t have any eggs left, so it ended up being a steak sandwich. The veggies looked awful… wilted and looked like they were either fridge/freezer burnt. For the second sandwich (footlong) they didn’t even ask/give a chance to put veggies on it. We sat down at a table and were told we needed to move to the other side of the sitting area because those tables were cleaned and closed for the night… 3 hours prior to closing??? After we moved, they then put up the cords/chairs/chip stand to block the area off. We will definitely be steering clear from this Subway in Hawley in the future and will let others know of our negative experience there as well.

  Vegtables are always look old and taste bad. The meat looks and smells bad. I feel bad for the employees because they are understaffed so the wait time is long. Management seems to need to step up.
