    Terrible experience compared to other Subways. We went there at 6:30p on a Friday evening, they close at 9:30p. The first sandwich ordered was a steak and egg sandwich, they only had 2 eggs left in the container at the counter, so they split one of the eggs in half on the sandwich, for a six inch sandwich you are supposed/pay for, to get two whole eggs. The second sandwich was supposed to be a footlong egg sandwich, but we were told they didn’t have any eggs left, so it ended up being a steak sandwich. The veggies looked awful… wilted and looked like they were either fridge/freezer burnt. For the second sandwich (footlong) they didn’t even ask/give a chance to put veggies on it. We sat down at a table and were told we needed to move to the other side of the sitting area because those tables were cleaned and closed for the night… 3 hours prior to closing??? After we moved, they then put up the cords/chairs/chip stand to block the area off. We will definitely be steering clear from this Subway in Hawley in the future and will let others know of our negative experience there as well.

    Vegtables are always look old and taste bad. The meat looks and smells bad. I feel bad for the employees because they are understaffed so the wait time is long. Management seems to need to step up.

    I live in Hawley and there’s not many options for food. I have the same experience with the same employee every single time. He is always so rude. When I walked today he was mopping. He was the only one working. He got behind the counter WITHOUT washing his hands and dropped his gloves ON THE FLOOR and used them to make our subs. This is absolutely disgusting. I’m sure it’s a health code violation of some sort. I would NOT come to this subway. It used to be good but has severely decreased in value over the last two years.

    Never had a bad experience here. Absolutely love Subway. Employees friendly, food made correctly, very clean. Edit: Been waiting an absurd amount of time for my pickup order which hasn't even been started 30 minutes after I ordered it, and it was supposed to be ready 11 minutes ago.

    It's been a couple years since been here and now I remember why!!!! This is the skimpiest Subway ever!!!!!!!!!!!! The sandwiches are so thin, even when says 2x cheese they don't put it on and when I wanted my guacamole on the side they charged me .25....greedy owners here!
