    Very rude owner. Tried to charge 10 bucks to tape a box together. Don’t go here, very bad customer service from him, the lady was super sweet, great job mam. I use to used your establishment Phillup. Never again.

    I had an issue, and the owners stepped in and immediately made it right. I was very upset, but they were understanding and gave me a refund. Definitely earned my ongoing business.

    This is the only place I will go when I need to ship or return a package . Every employee that works here is great. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and they just make the entire experience stress free. Highly recommend.

    The stuff is very friendly and knowlegable. The store is nice and clean. Associate Zack helped me with sending a big box with valuable item. He is very patient, customer focused and extremely helpful. Zack advised me about insurance for my item. The whole experience was very positive.

    The UPS store in Hastings did a great job getting my printing done quickly! They printed proofs and made sure what I needed was perfect. They also have been so helpful with my mom getting her projects done.
