The worst experience ever! Called before hand to make sure I was able to get the account number that I needed. The man with the pony tail told me over the phone all I needed was my id. I then show up and the strange man with the ponytail was very rude. He told me he couldn’t give me the account number and that I needed another person there. Waste of a trip. Switched carriers!

Do not recommend. (Edit it took 27 days to get my phone figured out I'm still not sure what they did but it's working now but my bill went up 30 bucks a month and I changed nothing so after its all been figured out I payed $131 for a months of service I never got and now my bill is $161 and I changed nothing. Do not get a phone plan here no one knows what's going on at this place) I've been with cricket for a couple of years I bought two phones through them and I have had three different lines now I only currently have two lines. This month I paid my monthly bill and they did not keep my second line on and I have no hotspot. So for $131 this month I guess I only get calling on my phone no Internet. I went to the store in Grand rapids they cannot help I have to call 611 cricket wireless. I call 611 cricket wireless and I get arosion insurance company saying they will help my problem. They do not help my problem and they just try to sell me insurance for items I don't need insured. Still to this day my kids do not have internet at home that I all ready paid for and no one is able to help. Do not get a cricket wireless plan if you want good phone service and support because you won't get it here
