  The people at the store are friendly and hard working. Also the price to send my box was more than expected. But then I thought of the price of gas and how much it would cost me to drive it there. Your price was very cheap then. Thanks.

  I had an experience at this store that left me very upset. I was bullied by one of the employees. I happened to be the only female in the store at the time. One of the employees was on the phone and was obviously frustrated. When I asked a question, he went off in a passive-aggressive way, attacking me. He swore at me and talked down to me. I looked around in disbelief, wondering if I was on the show What Would You Do?, because all the men standing in line said nothing. I felt like this employee needed to take his frustration out on someone, and he chose the woman in the store. I later called to discuss the incident with the manager, who only went on to explain how busy and overworked they all were. He never offered an apology or any resolution to my complaint. Instead, he told me he would address it on his end and call me back to follow up. I never received that call. It has been over a year, and I still don’t want to go back to this store. I was a loyal customer at this UPS Store for over 25 years. I live and work nearby, but that experience has changed things — it made me feel discriminated against as a female. I started going to the Plymouth location. It is a little out of my way, but I am treated with friendly customer service every time I walk in the door.

  Went in today to have a document notarized and mailed. Zach T did a fantastic job at helping us and informing us. Overall just a great interaction.

  Employees do not do their job correctly. 3rd visit I've had an issue with getting my package released. Manager with glasses always as a tone. I have a technician package that says to release to any technician from the company I work for. The company I work for has a corporate account with UPS. This UPS does not follow their UPS ToS for corporate accounts. They're just trying to make as much money for the owner. I was charged a pickup fee every time even though we have the corporate account. Reported this site to UPS. Employees do not understand how to use the CAMS system. Don't bother making excuses, employees here need to do better and have proper training. Other UPS stores do not make it this hard to get packages released and their employees understand how to use all the systems in place to support corporate customers. I will not be removing this review for any reason.

  Golden valley mn UPS staff is knowlegeable and friendly. I recomend using them for your delivery needs. Small store but it has what you need. Sorry if my spelling stinks.
