You don't go to Subway to be wild by service. You're looking for consistency and quality of food which they deliver time and time again. And their prices I feel are very fair.

Man making my sandwich found a hair in my sandwich and when asked about it he just said “yeah but i picked it out”……… but the veggies and everything is still there??? And he just continued to make the sandwich. When i asked to have them remake it the other lady working slammed the sandwich tray on the counter as if it was an inconvenience. Shouldn’t they be apologetic? Made me think of all the other unsanitary things they are doing that people don’t see. Didn’t even apologize. So gross. Didn’t eat it. Wouldn’t recommend going to this location!!!!

There is a reason I drive a little farther to go to this Subway. It's always clean, and they always put the sandwich together well. This is easily the best subway in the Minneapolis area.

Have been here several times. Always clean, plenty of parking.
Today (4/9/26) only one person was working when we came in (5:30ish). A couple was waiting and we were in line.
The single working person did very well staying calm and managing multiple issues — the store was out of Parmesan, there were online orders, customers in real life, the waiting couple.
It quickly became apparent that the waiting couple had an online app order issue/complaint of some kind and the single employee was too new to know how to service the issue. The employee was calm and polite and apologetic, clearly trying hard. The couple did not seem to understand the response that this employee did not know how to process the app issue. The employee did reach out to an off-site supervisor who did call back. A second employee came in for their shift and also spoke to this couple.
No matter all of that, the original employee steadily worked and the store was calm and functioning. Employee reminded us of sub of the day, mentioned that avocado was extra, recommended that we get three cookies instead of two because it would be cheaper. They knew their stuff. Hats off to this person (Alexis) who did not get rattled or frustrated.
Food normal. No Parmesan, but really, who cares? That’s fine.

Pervis is the most friendly, helpful and chill dude. Goes above and beyond- certain chain restaurants/locations gain our repeat business because of amazing service and Pervis sets the bar. 5/5 stars because of this employee.

Left as the only people in line after a terrible reception and two employees angry with each other. The one employee came out to do an online order, was visibly upset, didn’t acknowledge us, and we left to go to Leann Chin, who has the best customer service ALWAYS. Disappointing doesn’t even scratch the surface. Train your people to know how to be friendly, welcoming, and happy to assist.
