    Employee has no customer service experince at all. Rude, and when I apologized for not knowing and saying it's been a long day he responds with "I bet". Go find a different job if you can't deal with customers.

    The gentleman that assissted me around 6pm was very swift and even though my label had very minor imperfections he typed the number in manually and said good to go and sent me on my way. Ive NEVER had bad customer experience in this location! Awesome store!

    BE ADVISED - They will charge you .50 cents to tape your package closed.... what a joke! So, when Amazon says "package and seal" they absolutely mean it! No free tape for you! LOL!

    I'd like to give this store a better score because granted they are efficient each time I've been. But there is one employee, a younger gal that needs to learn to be nice and put a smile on her face. My husband went in and said she was extremely rude in expecting him to know how to make an amazon return. He was sent away in a very unprofessional manner. I brought back the sealed package with the shipping label about 9:30 am today. No open sign on. So I thought the place was closed. But it wasn't. When I saw another person come out, I went in. She was the staff member available to help me. I said hi, and nicely said I didn't see the open sign on. No comment from her, she scanned the label and handed me the return sticker. No smile, no thank you. Nothing. She lacks general customer service skills. I've had other employees serve me there that smile and are generally friendly when its been very busy. Please management ask her to put a little customer service in her morning routine.
