  Ordered a 6" cold cut combo on white and the gal tore my bread and got smashed to the point I couldnt add any veggies that I wanted cuz they would have just fell out! I probably should have said something but the gal didnt look like she cared about being at the job.

  Came in this morning shortly after opening for a breakfast sandwich. some of the lights were off but there was someone behind the counter, I ask: "are you open?" he says "depends what you want" I say "breakfast sandwich" and his response is "we're closed" So heading to either Jimmy John's or Stewies which are both within a mile.

  When we first entered the store, we were not greeted and told to grab our own chips. Our online order was missing our cookies and the young cashier handed us our cups with her whole fist on the inside of them, no gloves.The sandwiches were not cut. I would not recommend this location.

  I stopped by the Forest Lake Subway by the Aldi store earlier today. I was helped by Alexa. Alexa had excellent customer service skills. She was fast, yet did a perfect job making my foot-long sub so perfect. She did exactly what I asked her to do. She was nice and courteous. The ingredients were all fresh and tasty. the restaurant was clean. I had a 100% positive experience.. and I will be back again. Thank you and keep up the good work!

  I have to admit I was scared to start going here again. Had alot of bas experiences in the past. From cold and hard meatballs to hard bread to employees who had no customer service skills what so ever. I have gone here many times the last couple months now and it seems like they have turned it around. It was very good, and the employees were a bit better than the past. Important thing is the food was fresh.
