  The toppings were old and didn't taste right. I asked the worker to put fresh lettuce out because what was there was browning. She did but, the tomatoes, cucumbers and pickles didn't taste right 😕 this is the first time this has happened at this location.

  Ordered a steak and cheese melt online and when i got home the cheese wasn't melted at all in the middle. Went back and asked her to remake it and she did. She remade my melt buy cutting the cold sandwich in half and putting it in a brown bag and rolling it up. Realizing that's why my first sandwich was terrible, i asked her why she did that instead of leaving it open faced on an oven tray to which her response was, "it's a melt. This is how subway tells us to make it." I don't even have to work at subway to know that's a lie because point me to the human that makes a melt that way. Didn't even bother asking her to retorts it correctly, went home and put it in the air fryer. $16 plus a 30% tip to teach a "sandwich artist" how to make one and almost do it all myself.
