    Above and beyond, creative service for a difficult package situation! Thank you UPS, I will now go here to mail my packages.📦. I have been unhappy with USPS reliability with delivering packages to Tallahassee, often taking 2 weeks to get there! UPS got it there in the predicted 3 days!

    I entered the store with several boxes to return to Amazon. The place was packed with customers and two staff were working. I patiently waited in line. I had all of my QR codes ready. The young woman working behind the counter, scanned all of them, glaring at me the entire time. Not helpful at all. and when I came to the last package that needed a label printed she told me I had to get back in line behind nine other people because she couldn’t help me do that. She was rude, wasn’t helpful and she was very irritated with her job. Maybe she needs to get a new job. Never had this experience at this UPS store ever. This occurred on 8-28-25
