  Charging $2 for a strip of tape? I understand tape costs but charging a roll for a strip to close up a package is insane. I’ll not be coming back

  Left message inquiring on fax service, no call back. Website indicates availability. Drove to store only to be told not operational. Total waste of time!!!

  Stopped in two days in a row to try and get some printing done. The blonde girl with curly hair acted like I asked her to give me a kidney anytime I asked a question about anything and would walk away from the counter as I was asking for help. Since she didn't know how to help me I asked when a manager would be in who would know and she said she didn't know that either. If you're doing an Amazon return they seem to be able to figure that out but other than that I would recommend looking elsewhere

  I drop off packages here often and lately I’ve encountered quite a few rude employees to the point that I no longer want to come here. Some of your employees are very short and rude that I’d rather travel a further distance than come here and be treated negatively. If you can’t be nice to people then you really shouldn’t be working in customer service.
