Visiting this store was amazing the young man was able to help quickly and was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable...at the store that is....as far as Crickets over the phone they are the absolute worst I am EVER had to deal with in my whole life...long story short I sat on hold for over 6 hours on 2+ days trying to get my original service up And running...if I hadn't already paid and they wouldn't give me my money back, I was committed and couldn't afford to loose the money I spent I would have went elsewhere. So thank you to the young man who helped me...it will make paying my next month or service a little less painful.

I'm giving you "TEN STARS"********** 5 More than the site is allowing me to give you for the great job you did! Take Care. Best Regards, Gary

Tried to go into ask a simple question but kept getting the same answer. With this covid thing going on I don't like anybody else touching the phone especially if I'm going to be using it so I asked if I could buy a phone outright and then take it home and activated on the website and they said they didn't have no such way of doing it. I think it's the same guy I went to high school with he must have remembered me, some people just don't grow up in this town.
