  Sometimes difficult to get an answer that is understandable. Website has it quirks--eg, Drivewise and Insurance Cards and posting of claim still posting over a year after its occurrence. Prompt return of phone calls. Also, multiple cars/vehicles seems to create some confusion especially for titles. Pricing is sometimes confusing as remove a vehicle and the total price goes up?

  I used to love Allstate. Had no issues for over 10 years while living in New Mexico. But ever since moving to Minnesota about 2 years ago this agent has had my policies it has been a nightmare! Issues with no contact. Issues with cancellation notices. And now after i tried to remove myself from auto pay, i was reenrolled. They are hard to get ahold of on the phone, and the only way i get any contact is threw emails. Guess its time to look for an agent who cares about the person not the money on the policy.
