  My wife got wingstop at this location, paid for it on the app , even ordered extra ranch and when she got home with the food we opened up the bag and guess what no ranch. Imagine waking up when your wife brings home wingstop think it was gonna be a good day but no, it became a shii*** day when no ranch was in the bag. So I had to eat the food with no ranch and just ruined my whole appetite. Made me not want order ever at this location. I tried calling multiple times and the phone never seemed to get answered. Waiting over 15 mins each time I called to see if someone I can speak too but nope straight to waiting waiting and waiting. This was the worst horrible expirence I ever had and would never eat here again. Don’t order they just take your money and forget ur extra ranch and ruins your appetite and then you just don’t even eat the food. What was suppose to be a nice dinner was a shiiii*** expirence

  Never wrote a review. Had a huge paragraph to write, but read the comments and seen a generated response from owner.......after calling on two phone because of mistaken order, no one answered (over 30 min) ill be heading up there.

  Now I see why Elk River Wingstop has such a bad rating. My boneless wings had a ZERO percent moisture content. Its blatantly obvious that I got what was left over from the lunch rush 2 hours earlier. THESE WERE THE WORST boneless wings ive ever been served. My bone-in wings, well not much improvement. They were under-sauced, so basically dry by the time I got home. The drum/flat ratio was horrible also. I was given 2 flats and 8 drums. I wont be wasting my money at this place anymore. I hope the chef didnt get any of the tip I left.

  10/10! The girls work incredibly hard preparing the food and keeping everything spotless. Everything tastes fantastic, and even during the busiest rushes, my order always comes out on time. I love coming here and will definitely be back. Keep up the amazing work girls!

  Very sad they did so good when they first opened the girl behind the counter was extremely rude wait time was ridiculous and the corn tasted like it sat out all day it was gross and made my stomach very upset the wings were okay I couldn't even eat them cause of my stomach being upset from the corn the fries were good $40 wasted the girl told me we have no manager idk why that effects food taste its common sense very upsetting
