  I’ve been to the elk river location twice both times different employees and both times the employees were very rude and disrespectful I definitely will not be returning to this location. Both times I had my hands full with a baby in my arms and that just seem to irritate them.

  Employees are great! Friendly and helpful for the grief they have to deal with from customers. UPS NEEDS to have a better drop off system for people dropping off heavy and cumbersome boxes. A drop off door like Goodwill or at least automatic open/close doors, carts for transporting boxes.

  I probably should have read the reviews before using this location. I usually go to the Becker location, where the staff is always friendly and helpful, so this experience was disappointing. An employee named Lou loudly called out twice “I can help you here!” while I was waiting for the customer ahead of me to move forward. She seemed impatient. I When I walk to her, I explained that I needed a shipping label printed, she pointed behind me and said well I would have to wait until another customer was done. When I asked for the email address to send the label to, she simply pointed at the counter without saying anything, as if I should have already known where it was posted. Throughout the interaction, she appeared irritated and impatient. At the end of the transaction, she scolded me for not having the box sealed yet. I explained that I needed to place the printed label inside the box before sealing it and that no other shipping location has ever had an issue with that process. As I left, I told her I hoped her day got better, and she sarcastically responded, “Oh, I’m having just a great day.” The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. I do want to note that her other two coworkers seemed very kind and friendly. However, based on my experience and similar comments from others, I think additional customer service training for Lou would be beneficial.

  I stopped in today to drop off a package for Amazon. Yes I was a little confused on the new process, but they had a gentleman there who is incredibly helpful. Thank you. Excellent customer service.
