Put an order in for three kids sandwiches at 5 o’clock sharp in the drive-through line 520 went by. I was not greeted one time didn’t even take my payment. I had to knock on the window and they didn’t even start the kids sandwiches yet. I understand if they’re busy but manager should know how to delegate keep drive-through moving versus keeping the sandwiches on the floor moving.. mind blowing… cmon management. 5/26/26
Never coming back. Jimmy John’s all the way now. Just horrible.

Consistent location and great customer service. The high schoolers working are always friendly, restaurant is clean and operations seem efficient. I love this location being my regular Subway.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, if I could gove negative stars I would! There is no excuse for 2 of your workers to be working on mobile orders when a customer walks into your store and 1 of your workers says "hello" and the other nothing..... not a we will be right with you not a peep from him. Terrible service since there was none and terrible people skills since they chose not to communicate a thing other than hello. Terrible experience and will not return, I will go out of my way to avoid giving this establishment any sort of support.

DoorDash didn’t actually allow us to order from the app so we had to go to the Subway app to order. We got our sad order of just the meats and barely any of the toppings or sauce on both sandwiches. The tuna club we got had barely anything on one half of the sandwich. All they offered us was some coupons for the mistake. Would rather just leave this review and pick up from a location that will I know will do it right. The location in Ramsey is way better never had issues but unfortunately I don’t pick the restaurant on the app. Again will be picking up from Ramsey from here on.

I come here quite frequently and the ladies who work mornings are always helpful and they make the subway experience worth waiting in line. I have come in the evening and I can’t say the same for the night crew half the time they are sitting in lobby while one person is doing all the work or they are simply rude. They hardly wear hats and I’ve switched to going just in the mornings I asked about the sub club and the protein pockets and the guys couldn’t tell me anything . But I asked the ladies that are always there and they gave me a rundown on it in a polite manner. Shout out to the assistant and the two ladies that are always with her you guys make me believe that good workers exist
