  By far one of the best FedEx stores I’ve been to. Especially compared to the UPS in Elk River (which I had experienced many times poor customer service with the lady having so much attitude towards the people before me and then I experienced too). I tend to have the same two employees assist me, one is the store manager and another is a guy with glasses. They are always kind and thorough. I have not experienced any attitude or poor customer service from this location. So this is my go to store!

  I always have a great experience at the Elk River FedEx, and a big reason is Roberta! She is incredibly kind, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to help. Whether I have a simple shipping question or a more complicated request, she takes the time to make sure everything is handled with care and a smile. Outstanding customer service like hers is hard to find these days. Thank you, Roberta, for making every visit such a positive experience! Highly recommend this FedEx location.

  Max was pleasant & knowledgeable. He wrapped up the laptop I was returning so effortlessly in the box. I had been extremely nervous that I would go in and be asked a lot of questions about what box I wanted. (I just moved and I'm on box and wrapping purgatory) It was such a great experience. I felt so relieved getting that done. Thanks, Max!
