  The staff of this UPS store are the best. I had a mess due to a multiple item Amazon return (not their fault) and their staff helped figure it out and fix it. It was a hassle for them but they were gracious and patient until we sorted it out. Awesome customer service!

  Went to this UPS to get two documents notarized. While they were pleasant enough, the notary forgot to sign one of the documents. Had to go back the next day, notary “wasn’t in today”, and employees couldn’t tell me if any other UPS stores or other options might be nearby. Fortunately I called the UPS less than 10 minutes away who had a notary available. Still got charged a second time and I am not impressed.
