  The gentleman who helped us (his name was Jeff) was amazing! He came out to look at how much we had for shredding in boxes in the car. Then Jeff helped us bring it all in. He was so polite, with his arms full he still held the door open for ME! They could do 70 pounds of shredding and were so helpful in getting it all done for us.

  I arrived at 8:50, knowing that the store opened at 9. I decided to wait outside until an employee showed up. The employee showed up at 9:20… multiple people were waiting in their cars and multiple people left and decided to go ship their packages somewhere else or come back. I mean, I get it if it opened 5 minutes, late even 10, but 20 minutes is actually crazy… only reason I’m giving a 2 star is because the employee was super friendly and helpful, but I should have given it a 1 star

  I get here by 7:55 and is 8:10 they are not open … open late wasting my time 4 cars already left
