  The older couple used to manage it well. There is a horrible Indian employee there currently, just avoid him.

  This is now the fourth time I’ve had a delivery marked as delivered, yet the package is nowhere to be found. The staff has told me that they are aware FedEx sometimes delivers packages to the business doors away from the designated delivery area, while repeatedly pointing to a different business. However, four missing packages is far beyond what I would consider an occasional delivery error. That's 4 in less than 2 months. At this point, something about the explanation simply doesn’t add up. I am also aware that my son went to look for his package and was handed someone else’s package. When he realized it wasn’t his and brought it back, he was charged $5 to return a package that did not even belong to him. The return was initiated without fully understanding what he was trying to explain—that he had simply been given someone else’s package. Given the repeated missing deliveries and this additional incident, I am very concerned there may be an ongoing issue with how packages are being received, distributed, or handled.

  I had been here previously and had a good experience, but this past time both employees were so incredibly rude with one yelling at me, and also charged me for 50 copies but only gave me 35. They also charge for you to do staples even when you do it yourself and were very rude about it. I wound up paying 25 dollars for 35 copies. I was way over-charged and the employees were super rude. I won't be back.

  Worker was not wearing any shoes, feet showing completely. Pretty disgusting.
