  The owner is actually crazy. Imagine me, a teen, ordering some food in the middle of a snowstorm (im sorry but i also got delivery for this.) Nobody is taking my delivery order, so I go in myself. I get my food from the amazing worker behind the counter, and I eat my food. 30 minutes later, I get a call from the owner, saying I robbed them because I went in to get my food and they are calling doordash to get my account suspended. I hate the owner, my doordash is fine (i ordered on the subway app anyways) Pay these employees more. dont eat here

  I placed an online order for this location and arrived to find the store closed during posted operating hours. This is unacceptable and feels misleading, as the system was still accepting orders even though no service was being provided. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue at this store. It appears to be a recurring problem, and it is not fair to customers who pay for orders that cannot be fulfilled in a timely manner. You should not allow online ordering when the store is closed or unable to operate. This is effectively taking customer money without service.

  Ordered online. Website said it will be ready by 7:25pm. Went to get my food at 7:25pm and it's closed! So I'm out $20 and have no food. No sign about being closed today. Nothing. Just took my money. I'll make sure I get my money back.

  BUM! never open literally every time i walk up its closed but hours online are listing that it’s opened. super annoying.
