  Worst Customer Service ever. I called the number listed in the email from the local FedEx office in Eden Prairie to find out the status of my order. I got menu options that didn’t end… One after another after another, none of the options of which was related to my question of my print order. After wasting 10 minutes, I called the number again just to see what would happen. The message was this, “this FedEx office is now closed.” so, I’ll need to drive to the FedEx office in the morning to find out something that could’ve been answered in 10 seconds. Extremely frustrating, needless to say. I will now use the print services from UPS.

  You need to send an Email to print the label, which is too slow and traditional.

  I thought that the best mail in America was FedEx, but I was very wrong.I sent a parcel from the same FedEx to New York.And there they received my box open and torn.And two pounds were stolen.I think it's a shame for FedEx. Because we pay for this service.
