  My sister and I came to this location to return Amazon packages on a Sunday and because of the item we needed help from a person to verify item and weight. My sister asks the guy since it says print label could he do it for us. His smart-ass remark is "you need to go home, print it on a piece of paper and attach it to a package." Then tells us to pick out packaging to pay for which last time, another employee had us email it to the store and he printed out the label for us placed it in a clear bag like Amazon usually asks for and charged us for the label.

  Horrible customer service and a very disappointing experience. When I walked in, the staff at the counter were inattentive and rude. I was then told they would charge me $3 for a single strip of tape. I would rather drive across town to the St. Paul location, where I have received better service and have never been charged $3 for one strip of tape. I previously thought this was a decent store, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

  I have been dropping off packages at UPS for years. I will not go back to this location. Guy working the counter was rude and short.

  Warning, do not ship anything valuable at this UPs store. We used business account shipped a big box of popular items valued at $320. The younger white male employee took our big box and gave us the receipt. When the package was delivered, the shipment box was swapped to a smaller box and content that worth about $5.
