  I've been using this UPS Store location for quite some time, and the service has consistently been outstanding. It's a great alternative to USPS, especially when reliability and peace of mind matter. Packages are processed promptly, shipped on time, and delivered as expected. For a minimal difference in cost from the lazy U.S Postal Service, the added dependability is well worth it. The staff is always fast, friendly, and professional. What stands out most is that management genuinely cares about its customers and takes feedback seriously. In the past, there were a few employees who did not reflect the level of service this location is known for, but management addressed the issue and improved the customer experience. That commitment to customer satisfaction speaks volumes. Overall, this is a well-run location with a great team.   Best UPS Store experience I’ve had! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I brought in two expensive OLED monitors and a keyboard for professional packing, and Abhi and store manager Cherry were fantastic. They handled everything with great care, double-boxed the monitors, and made sure everything was properly protected for shipping. They were also incredibly patient while I took photos of the packing process and helped me get the final dimensions and weights for my shipping labels. Both monitors have since been delivered safely and arrived in great condition, which really shows the care they put into the packaging. The entire team was friendly and helpful even while the store was busy, and I never felt rushed or like an inconvenience. I’ll gladly make the drive back here whenever I need something professionally packed. Thank you Abhi, Cherry, and the entire team!

  The staff at this location is fantastic. I have sent numerous packages, dine Amazon returns and had one or two things notarized there. So helpful and professional.
