  Ordered a sandwich online to pick up in store. Sandwich was missing mayo and had way too much salt and pepper. Called the store first and the guy just told me he remembers me and that I put light mayo on it. The guy didnt even pull up my order so im not sure how he could remember me when I didnt even give him a name. He refused to fix the issue even though it didnt have any mayo on it, let alone light mayo. Sent an email to corporate and nothing ever came of it. Save yourself a trip and go to any one of the other subways in the area.

  Ordered a footlong steak and cheese with double meat online. I used a code making the sandwich $6.99. When I got home and opened up the sandwich, turns out they did not add double meat. Look at the picture and tell me if you would consider this double meat. The following week, I tried to order again using a coupon. It gave me an error saying this subway store no longer accepts codes. So instead I ordered two sandwiches from the subway in walmart down the road. Becareful when you order online from this subway. They will usually skimp out on meat and veggies.
