  Unbelievable had a package coming from California to only have staff at the Rosemont facility. Reroute, my package that should have been delivered to Maplewood. Minnesota, deliver to Ohio. What kind of competent staff do you have working there at your facility?

  Was here Sunday afternoon and the guy working was neither friendly or helpful in the least bit. I ended up just leaving and going to the Apple Valley store where the guys are willing to help.

  Super responsive and helpful on the phone and at the store. I emailed two photos which they printed and mounted on foam board next day. Great quality.
