  Louise was extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me getting my mail after hours when the front door would not work with my code for after hours pickup. I live 3 hours away so it’s quite the drive to get my mail. They were simply walking by and came back to assist me when they noticed me struggling (clearly off the clock). Thank you so so much again!

  ​I recently had to mail an extremely important package and was feeling pretty stressed about it. Louise at the Arrowhead Road location was an absolute lifesaver! Louise took the time to explore all the shipping options, double-checked every single detail for accuracy, and ended up saving me money! Louise went above and beyond, and I'm happy to say my package arrived fast and safe, what a relief! UPS is lucky to have Louise on their team. I won't go anywhere else!

  When the Central Entrance location was not taking Amazon returns due to an internet issue, the Kenwood location took the return despite having the same internet issue. I couldn't use the self-serve kiosk, but the employee behind the counter processed the return. He was friendly and efficient. Thank you!
